​Pure Land is a series of digital drawings I created exploring topics of life and death, afterlife, cosmology, and spirituality. I am inspired by Alex Grey's transcendental painting works that are depicting one's search of truth with reference to Buddhism's self-cultivation journey, the gods of past, present and future. The drawings are inspired my own encounter with death, disease and quest for the meaning of being.
